These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jobgetty ("Jobgetty", "we", "us"), operator of the website at www.jobgetty.ch (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, professional details) and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per natural person; account sharing is not permitted on paid plans.
Jobgetty is an AI-assisted platform that helps users create CVs, cover letters, interview preparation notes and related job-application materials. Content is generated by large language models on the basis of the information you upload and the instructions you provide. AI output can contain factual errors or omissions and must be reviewed by you before you rely on it or send it to a third party.
You retain all rights to the personal data, CVs, cover letters and other content you upload or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Jobgetty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.

The Free plan allows a limited number of CV and cover-letter generations per rolling 12-hour window (see the pricing page for current limits). The Premium plan (CHF 6 per month) removes those limits subject to fair-use safeguards against abuse. Coupons redeemed in the Profile tab grant additional generations for the period stated at redemption — they do not grant unlimited access.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; already-paid amounts are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card number. By subscribing you accept Stripe's own terms and privacy policy for the payment transaction.
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time. If we make a material change that adversely affects a paid subscriber, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused paid period on request.
The Service, including its templates, code, design and trade marks, is owned by Jobgetty and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal job-search purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobgetty disclaims all implied warranties. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, or for factual errors in AI-generated content. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or CHF 100 if you are on a free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Swiss law (including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, licences you grant to us survive only to the extent needed to comply with legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts of the operator's registered seat, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
